• Once an item leaves my hands and is accepted by the shipping provider, it is no longer under my control.

• Olivia Grace Handmade Goods is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage that occurs during transit.

• Shipping timelines provided by carriers are estimates and not guaranteed.

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer cannot be replaced or refunded.

Processing Time

• Stocked item amounts are displayed under each listing

• All items are handmade, therefore, restocking processing times may vary depending on order volume and product type..

• During busy seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

• Returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind.

• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so I can review the issue.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• Olivia Grace Handmade Goods is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after shipment.

• If tracking confirms delivery, replacement or refund cannot be issued.

• If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local post office or shipping provider.
