All items are handmade. Processing times may vary and are listed on individual product pages.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via a third-party carrier. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Responsibility

Once an order leaves our hands and is transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package passes to the buyer. We are not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with clear photos so we can review the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor variations consistent with handmade goods

  • Wear and tear or misuse

Each concern is handled with care and fairness on a case-by-case basis.
